Colin Atkinson is the leader of the Software Engineering Group at the University of Mannheim. His research interests are focused on the use of model-driven and component based approaches in the development of dependable computing systems. He has organized many conference and workshops in the past. Most recently he was the co-general chair of the MODELS2012 conference held in Innsbruck in October 2012.

Antonio Vallecillo is Professor of Computer Science at the University of Málaga. His research interests include model-based software engineering, open distributed processing and software quality. He has organized several international conferences, including ECOOP 2002, TOOLS 2010 and MODELS 2013, in addition to a number of Workshops series (WODPEC, MDWE, MDI) and has served as PC Chair for ICMT, TOOLS, ECMFA and QoSA.

Ralf Reussner is the leader of the Software Design and Quality (SDQ) group at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. His research is centred on procedures and tools for constructing component-based software architectures with predictable quality properties using model-driven techniques. He has been co-organizer of the workshop on Problems of Practical Programming in the Large (PPPL), has initiated two international workshop series (QoSa and FESCA), and is a co-organizer of the International Workshop on Component-Oriented Programming (WCOP).
